In last 4-5 days a lot of my website have recently seen this error where I'm not able to add / delete a plugin and theme and also seeing a notification which says that "Wordpress update is available, please contact site admin" but I'm the admin of the website.
Then I have to make "file mods" setting false through wp-config file
