Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?
The forms are on all the pages and in the Widgets of the site.
The problem shown is:
When I migrated the site to PHP 8.0, the platform of our host (Infomaniak) tells us that your plugin is not compatible with PHP 8.0 and then we have a 502 server error.
So we had to go back to the old PHP version
But this problem has been known since 2021, below is already the error found:
Can you just fix the PHP 8.0 compatibility issue? (rather than always answering the same to everyone, without solving the problem, as already in 2021…)

So, you mean you believe that the current version of Contact Form 7 is not PHP 8.0 compatible because your host told you that the HTTP 502 Bad Gateway error occurs due to the WordPress plugin? If so, I’m sorry but I can’t help you on that matter.
