My experience is that the error may be caused by a certain plugin that you are using. The solution is to disable your plugins one by one to find out which plugin is causing the error.
Thanks @dannywpthemes – appreciated. It is however occurring even with ZERO plugin and default 2020 theme.
@arvindwp Try switching to another theme and try again.
FIXED
It required – mod security rule triggering for this domain – to be whitelisted.
