Hi, is there any way to edit page snippet / search meta data without a plugin?
Currently on google / fb / messenger apps it shows the first post of the blog, but i would like to have a permanent text there.

No. I’m assuming you’re asking for a “no plugin” solution because you’re on the free WordPress.com plan. I’d highly recommend moving to a different WP host where there are no such restrictions on installing plugins and themes. You can get semi-decent hosting for just a few $ per month.
