I understand that when trying to activate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, you are directed to a non-existing page on the site, and then you can’t get back into it, correct?
If so, it is strange behavior.
As a first step, could you please try temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then try again to install and activate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to check if the issue persists?
