First, you have a duplicate definition of “WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY” . This needs to be fixed from wp-config.php.
Second, a script or plugin trying to modify the header information. Possibly, invalid configuration in wp-config.ph or header.php.
Third, We must see why memory issue is produced. Possibly the small server configuration can resolve the issue https://wp-staging.com/docs/wp-staging-settings-for-small-servers/.
