Post Carousel Block Issue | WordPress.org

[ad_1]

Hello!

I am using the Essential Blocks plugin v4.0.2 and I am having an issue with the Post Carousel Block I was hoping I could get some help with.

I am trying to customise the post carousel block so that my posts appear as rectangles comprised of the featured image on the top half of the rectangle and the post content on the bottom half.

Basically I am trying to change the current layout where the featured image is overlaid above a slightly wider post content section.

I have inspected the Carousel Block with Chrome Dev and I can get the content rectangle to extend to full height by adding the parameter:

height: 100%

to this code snippet

 .eb-post-carousel-wrapper.eb-post-carousel-7a71j6n.style-1 .ebpg-carousel-post-holder::after

This results in the wider lower content box of the post carousel expanding to full height but then I am cannot figure out how to get the featured image to stretch to the full width of this newly formatted container.

Can anyone help?

Also I do not know how to add the CSS once I have it to the website via the block advanced CSS option.

Again any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.
