Hi there! I am new to the community… and not an expert with WordPress. I have been running the site “as a beginner” for some time without major issues. But recently I have seen that my site loads erratically. I think that the preloader has to do with this. I am using the WP Store theme, and I don’t know how to disable the preloader. I have tried adding extra CSS as seen on other posts, but the preloader remains active.
When logged in at my WordPress Admin page, I can see the site working properly. But when I logged out, the preloader remains stuck.
Can anyone check the site and tell me what you see? And if the preloader remains stuck, how can I disable it?
