Currently using UM 2.8.5
Currently no users can update their profile photos. When logged in, if you go to the gear icon and into edit profile. When you press the user photo, the menu (Change Photo / Remove Photo / Cancel) Pops up but then immediately redirects you back to your original user page before you can press anything.
I see some historical posts in here where people were having similar issues but none seemed to get me to a resolution. Its almost like you are clicking through the overlay and just onto an image with a link directed to /user. I have already disabled all other plugins, purged the cache, added all of UM to the cache exceptions and cleared my own local cache. Behavior is happening on both Chrome and Edge.
I have also seen reference of an extension for adding a photo upload option to the registration page, but all links to extension now appear to be dead.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
