Problem migrating website to another domain: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I have been trying to migrate my website to another domain from yesterday, I tried different ways, manually and used I think 7+ plugins, nothing worked, I always get the error on the title at the end when completing every step.

I would really really appreciate any help!
