Problem with redirecting to Thankyou.php

I have a problem with redirecting to Thankyou.php page WooCommerce , after payment succesfull order link changes to E.x “www.test.com/checkout/order-received/55480/?key=wc_order_zutAIN3OBlJwC”

After that page reloads but wont go to Thankyou.php still stays to Checkout page, order comes in WooCommerce saying its Processing email its going to customers any idea how to fix it ?

No logs in WooCommerce Status no JS errors showing
