I am responsible for maintaining a WordPress site and the web developers who set up the site had written directions on how to be able to update a document and not have to update every place where it is linked. The problem is that this seems to work…50% of the time? Under normal circumstances I would ask the web developers for help, but there is a dispute (of sorts) and I currently can’t.
I have tried clearing cache on WP Rocket (the plugin we use), I’ve cleared cache on my browser, I’ve done what I can think of (which is not much I realize). Is there something else I am missing?
