Hello everyone! First time posting here!
I arrived to a new company, a manufacturing one. And they have on their website their “lead times” for each one of those products we sell. Their website is built on WordPress, and everytime they have to update their lead times, they need to do it manually…. All over their website.
I am more familiar with Webflow and this could easily be done with collection lists.
But is there a way to make those text boxes with the lead times dynamically fed by some kind of text input field in the backend with some kind of label, that says that every text box with the label X needs to go pick their information from that text input field in the backend.
That way that data is automatically upgraded without the need of having to go through every single lead time piece..

Is the product data contained somewhere already, like a point of sale system? If so, and they have all the data including lead times in there, then you want to look for a way to integrate that with the site. If the products on the website are Woocommerce products there’s likely an integration.
If the items are products in Woocommerce you can also look at one of the bulk editing plugins that gives you a spreadsheet-like interface to the product data, e.g. WP Sheet Editor.
