Rank Math insisting on re-structuring Permalink

[ad_1]

I’m trying to be more organised with my webpages, so I’ve decided that I want to have pages with more similarity in their structure.

So, I want something like: /alphabet/a, alphabet/b, alphabet/c for my pages, where alphabet is the theme and b is the content. Maybe the alphabet page before it can be about a high level a-z.

But each time Rank Math keeps changing /alphabet/a to alphabet-a. It’s kind of annoying because I’ve got a ton of pages to link up. I can’t find anything online.
