Hi everyone.
I just did a re-design of a site and pointed the domain of the old site to the new site. In the process, I also switched the website hosting platform to Siteground and moved pointed nameservers to Cloudfare.
Now, on the Google My Business page and on the search results page, the URL doesn’t point to the site. I get a “This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” error.
The domain hasn’t changed so I’m confused. I set up URL 301 redirect for and www.domain.com to and still I’m getting the error. 🙁

How long ago have you made the DNS changes? Use dnschecker.org to see if the DNS have settled everywhere.
It is the same domain, but not the same IP address. You will need to wait for that to repropigate.
I recommend that you contact your hosting company they might be able to assist you faster.
