how do people make those backgrounds where the whole background reacts to it. ive see one website had a rainbow trail that followed the mouse. how do i make smth like this? and how is it even called? i dont evne know what to google for and btw what would yall google in my place if yall didnt knew hows the thing called that u dont know the name of?
