Remove action on Gravity Forms ‘gform_validation’ hook?

I use a 3rd party plugin that hooks into:

add_action( ‘gform_validation’, ‘wpa_gravityforms_extra_validation’);

I want to remove_action that, but I can’t figure out the timing.

Any tips for tracking this down?
