rest_no_route error | WordPress.org

[ad_1]

Hi @joersch,

Could you try and save the permalinks again? Sometimes the REST routes do not register, but saving the permalinks again helps.

If that does not help, let me know and we’ll figure out what is wrong.

Kind regards,
Hessel

Hi Hessel,

thanks for answer. But it doesnt solve the issue. I save permalinks again and now in the develeoper console of chrome in the networktab i see now an 200 state. fine. But the body of the trackcal is the same error (rest_no_route and status:404).

regards Jörg

Hi @joersch,

When I inspect the request, I don’t see the error. To help us understand the issue, could you maybe share a screenshot of what you see?

Just to be sure, did you add your own IP to the IP blocklist?

Kind regards,
Hessel

Hi Hessel,

I use mod_security and one rule was incorrect. I replace it. Now is see users at the dashboard and statistic tab. thanks.

But in the Messagebox at the dashboard i see old error messages. it is gone later?

One more please, if you have change in future the track uri, can you document it in change report, so i can adopt my mod_security rule?

Hi @joersch,

The errors in the dashboard should be gone within an hour. We cache this because, we don’t want to do a request every time you visit the Burst Dashboard.

Yes, we will document it in the changelog. In the past, I have forgotten to do this; my fault. I hope Burst will continue to work well and you’re happy with our product.

Kind regards,
Hessel

very thanks for help Hessel.

Kind regards, Jörg

No worries and feel free to reach out again. We’re happy to help.

Kind regards,
Hessel
