Hey @andrezzabc ,
Security check failed. The link is not valid. This error typically points to an issue with security nonce verification. Nonces are used to verify that actions being performed are coming from a legitimate source, and if something disrupts this process, it can prevent certain actions, like permanently deleting products or orders.
Sometimes cached data in your browser can cause nonce verification issues. Can you try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private browsing window? If you’re using a caching plugin, you can clear the cache to ensure that old cached data isn’t causing the security check to fail.
If the issue is still present, you can try flushing your permalinks via Settings → Permalinks. Click “Save Changes” without making any actual changes there.
If that doesn’t do the trick, can you please share the following:
- System Status Report: you can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Cheers!
