To achieve the functionality you’re looking for, you will need the help of a plugin that allows you to set up gift options based on the order value. One such plugin is Free Gifts for WooCommerce.
You can set up different gift options, such as Gift A and Gift B, and assign them to specific order values. For instance, if the order value is 10000/-, the customer can select 2 of Gift A (valued at 5000/- each) or 10 of Gift B (valued at 1000/- each).

The first 2 scenario is working.
However, we need the 3rd scenario to work with
Order Value 10000/-
Gift A for value @5000 order value = can be selected 1
Gift B for value @1000 order value = can be selected 5
with the increase in choice as
Gift A for value @5000 order value = can be selected 1
Gift B for value @1000 order value = can be selected 1
Gift C for value @2000 order value = can be selected 2
There will be multiple combinations on it.
