This is my first time integrating WooCommerce on a website and I need some advice/recommendation on plugins and a setup to obtain the following goal:
We are selling classes with physical attendance with a duration of 1-2 days (depending on the product). Thus, we need to create the same product many times, but with different dates that we predefine. The system must also be able to automatically send out emails to the participants with the specific date as a variable, like. “Hi {{firstname}}. We look forward to seeing you on the {{date}} ….”.
I would like to have separate products on the page and not a calendar, but I think I might be able to fix it in any case using custom code. I have no problem writing some code myself, so it is not a problem if it is needed.
I have found the plugins: AutomateWoo and Bookings that might be useful, but I don’t find any plugins for this situation specifically.
Also, I cannot use the “variations” on a product in the “Core”, as it will only support up to 50 “variations”.
