In our WooCommerce shop we sell congress tickets which of course have the default thank-you emails etc.
However, once or twice before the start of the event **we’d like to send some practical information about the event to the people who purchased tickets. These are transactional, so you shouldn’t be able to opt out (and miss vital information).**
Does anyone have a solution for these by sending them from the WordPress admin? I’ve looked at Newsletter for WordPress but the UI/UX is just awful, so sadly that’s not really a viable option.
Surely there are people facing similar issues. Anyone has suggestions for this?
