I want to set up Cloudflare for my WP site. Bluehost of course recommends using its cPanel to connect automatically. But I’m changing hosts soon and I also like having everything separate.
This CF “con” Bluehost mentions has me confused.

I’ve read this [reddit post]) and this [Cloudflare forum post]), but I’m still unclear on the process. My domain isn’t a www (although i’ve got a www host record pointing to my non-www domain in CNAME).
Why can’t CF requests direct to my non-www domain? And what configuration changes would I need top make?
