I have the Pro version, but I didn’t receive a way to create a login/password so I can’t create an account to track my support tickets.
– In Firefox and Chrome, it opens the popup/lightbox when you click on a team member; unfortunately, it also opens the member’s profile in a new details page. When you go Back in the browser, you can see the profile information in the lightbox and everything display correctly. However, once you’ve clicked on someone, the browser cache loads the details page so quickly that it might skip loading the lightbox altogether. You have to clear your cache to see someone more than once.
– Safari goes straight to the details page and only shows the lightbox once you go Back, but it doesn’t load the profile in the lightbox.
– When creating a new member, you need to start from the main All Members page and click the New Member button at the top of the screen. It seems like doing it any other way makes them overwrite each other’s profiles and then disappear. When you go back to All Members, you need to refresh the page to see your latest additions.
