Site is not displaying correctly on mobile version. Seems to be scaled incorrectly, with text and images appearing too large for the screen size.

Is there some way to adjust scaling for mobile site or make changes that do not affect the desktop version of the site.

I also have a button that is displaying text vertically for some reason when I switch to mobile view.

I am using Gutenberg with the astra theme, for reference.
