Static Posts Page Redirects to Static Homepage

I am trying to use a static page as Homepage

So Created Two Pages Separate pages ,1st Home then 2nd Blog Posts page

But no matter what theme i use ,The posts page redirects to static homepage

I tried multiple themes,tried disabling plugins to check any conflicts but still doesnt work

Themes Tried : Generatepress,Blocksy,Twenty Twenty Four
