I’m unable to use WooPayments. When I go through my woopayments setup to “verify business details” I get an error message that “There was a problem redirecting you to the account connection page. Please try again.” As well, I’m not able to enable or use WooPayments – Credit Card/debit Card when I go to WooCommerce>Settings>Payments. The error on my status report says “Account ID: Not Connected”. I’ve asked for help from woocommerce support and they cannot seem to help me figure it out. They said it got disconnected on “July 15” when I disabled my “Jetpack” plugin and that I needed to activate it. But it is activated. I’m so confused and I’m surprised by the lack of help from woocommerce. In the past, they have been exceptionally responsive and helpful. Now, they are not there for me. And it feels like they’ve all been replaced by AI bots which have not helped me to resolve this issue. Customers are not able to buy through the woopayments regular credit card methods as they were before. I’ve setup Paypal payments in the meantime. Can someone help me figure this out and fix the problem? I’m going to have to find something other than Woocommerce very soon if this can’t be fixed. Thank you!
