We are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions option and one of our clients just messaged that she was charged five times in both April and May for her one subscription.
I have looked on the back end, and only one of her purchases is linked. The other four are not, so I cannot just refund her. When I go to WooCommerce > Orders or >Subscriptions, I see one order from her. However, when I go to Payments > Transactions, I see her charged five times instead of once.
Also, I would like to prevent this problem from happening in the future.
It is only happening to one of our customers.
