I checked now my system(laptop) and my colleague system not changes and I cleared caches in my system and my colleague system also but not changes anything…
Your homepage has a different WhatsApp number “9715*****678” than the rest of your site “97150*****17”. Edit your homepage and review in Joinchat widget if has a custom WhatsApp number for that page.
Also try to clear your page cache. In your source appears “<!–Generated by Newfold Page Cache–>”, try to clear this cache.
