Thanks for reporting your problem.
This column is a new feature to allow user seeing posts and pages with disabled ads at a glance. If you don’t want to have this column, you can easily disable it.
Please, click on “Screen Options” in the top-right corner. Then, you can enable and disable all available columns via checkbox.
