I’ve taken over managing a WP site and I’d like to upgrade to 6.3, please bear with my anxious question. The problem I’m running into is when I click to upgrade the UpdraftPlus plugin automatically runs and then stops because of errors, namely it’s no longer connected to a dropbox account and it is unable to proceed with the upgrade. (If I try to change/update the dropbox location I get a 400 error.)
As of today I have access to the CPanel and there is a weekly site backup stored there. Does it make sense to deactivate the UpdraftPlus plugin and then proceed with the upgrade? I’ve tried researching the issue, but haven’t found a suitable fix.
