Urgent help for my WooCommerce site

Hello, I have WooCommerce site that is down due to high CPU usage issue, I turned on cloudflare under attack mode and it fixed but when I turn off FTP doesn't seem to be working. And I can't keep activated cloudflare under attack mode always. So, can anyone help me urgently? I feel something to do with bots attack.
