Happy to create an admin account for you to check it out – I’ve been communicating with MemberPress support and my host (wpengine) support for 2 days now. Everything has worked fine since June but as of yesterday, I’m having trouble switching users.
If I switch to a user with an active membership, it redirects me to my own front-site-facing account page as opposed to the user’s front-site-facing account page. I have to click around and refresh a couple times to actually end up on the user’s page.
If I switch to a user with an inactive/expired membership, I simply can’t. It logs me out, but then puts me back in my own account somehow. It’s confusing to even explain. Thought this was a caching issue but I’ve cleared caches a million times and even deleted our caching plugin, to no avail.
