You can get proper result following the proper integration method.
Please notice, that the venmo requires correct formatting of the user name.
In your integration you have inserted an extra “@” that target https://venmo.com/@Holistic-Recovery instead of https://venmo.com/Holistic-Recovery
Please note the extra “@” that you’ve added to your venmo username. For more information, please refer to the example provided in the account setting page of the plugin.
By removing the extra “@” Holistic-Recovery under the account setting Type for your venmo username you will solve your issue.
