Liebes Forum,
wir verzweifeln gerade an „Thrive Apprentice“, mit dem wir unseren Kursbereich bauen. Wir haben Probleme mit dem Speichern und sind mit dem Thrive-Support mittlerweile soweit, dass es eventuell an der Firewall unseres Hosts (Strato) leigen könnte. Die Fehlermeldung von Thrive ist eine -403 Meldung. Strato kann aber leider seine Firewallbedingungen für uns nicht verändern. 🙂 Alle anderen Plugins haben wir und der Thrive Support mittlerweile als Verursacher ausgeschlossen. Ebenso das Theme. Den Cache löschen wir ständig.
Es gibt eine Ausnahme bei den Plugins:
The resource was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.
Allerdings, wenn man w3 total cache deaktiviert, ändert es an dem Speicherproblem auch nichts. 🙁
Jetzt meine Frage, kennt sich jemand mit dem Problem von Thrive Architect und der Firewall aus (das Problem ist anscheinend im Zusammenhang mit Sicherheitplugins sehr bekannt, bei Providern habe ich nichts gefunden) und was können wir tun?
Wir würden nur ungern den Provider wechseln. Und es kann doch nicht sein, dass ein großer Hersteller eines Pagebuilder-Systems nicht mit einer ganz normalen Firewall kompatibel ist….?
Dankbar für jede Idee…
