Want to create website for users to sell products to each other

I am trying to create a website similar to Mercari in which users sell products to each other. Would WordPress with woocommerce and dokan be the best option for this?
I did a lot of research on this a while back and Dokan is the best option in my opinion if you want to use a plugin. All the other options only offered payment processors with manual payment options and overall Dokan just seemed more feature rich. This was 5+ years ago though so a lot might have changed since then.
The platform is irrelevant, either your skill or budget is the driving force here.
That said, WP/ Woo can be used to create such website if needed.
