How do you solve this issue? From what I understand, there’s problem with the translatepress plugin. But I cannot access my website or login to wordpress admin area. ChatGpt says to use an FTP client/manager to disable the plugin. Will I lose my translations after disabling the plugin?
Help! I have no idea what to do and I’m panicking a lot to think straight.

Well, you have to define what “down” means to you.
Can’t resolve domain name?
Nothing loads at all (blank white screen)
Give an error message?
What you mean can make a big difference in where you go with it.
Will you loose you translations? Dunno, always do a backup before if you were not doing them before.
So tired of these. ChatGPT stops at 2021. Hire a dev.
FWIW I can’t access my edit page at all. Just built a new site last week. Was planning to launch it today. If you figure out a workaround lmk!
Here’s what I’d do; ftp into the website host, move the plugin folder for the plugin in question out of the plugin directory – that way you won’t loose your data. Then restart the site and see if that will let you back in, it should do and say “one or more plugins were disabled as they were no longer found”, then you can fix what’s broke or downgrade the plugin.
