I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with redirects, and I’m eager to get that sorted for you as soon as possible.
As mentioned in some of our other threads our recent updates to aim to automatically resolve this issue if the plugin finds any redirects, however, in some cases there may be patterns that we are not aware of yet.
Could I ask you to share a link to your site with me? Please ensure the plugin is active, but leave the shortcode removed from your site. This will allow me to run a few tests on the site to determine which markers have been stored with redirects. Based on this, I should be able to provide you with a few steps to resolve the issue, before re-adding the shortcode.
Alternatively, if you prefer, I’d be happy to take care of all this on your behalf, but will need to ask that you reach out to me on our website instead, so that we can discuss this option via email.
