Hi I’m looking to host a wordpress website that allows people to download old magazines and newspapers. I initially purchased a hosting service with unlimited storage and so on but got told it’s not actually unlimited and they threatened to terminate my account and told me to find a different way to store my files. There’s about 3-4TBs worth of data, I’m really not sure how to approach this. I looked into a “download host” which is like a storage machine that you can use along side a FTP plugin that imports the files. Before I go any further I thought I’d ask If anyone has any recommendations on a cost effective way of approaching the above, I would really appreciate any advice, articles, methods or anything you have to offer. AWS S3
Offload it onto an S3 compatible service.
I prefer Digital Ocean, but there is also AWS, Vultr, or Backblaze and many more out there.
