After updating some plugins from my WP dashboard, the formatting on some of the pages of the dashboard got all messed up. The top image shows what it looks like when I try and go into the Yoast SEO settings for example. The red box with a 3 in it at the top of the screen is also there at all times, regardless of where on the dashboard I am. The bottom two images show the main dashboard. I don’t know what exactly could have caused this, and I don’t know how to fix this. Any tips?

Sounds like a plugin issue. Try disabling all plugins and checking the home page of the back-end. if it looks fine, then reactivate one by one, checking each time, until you find the conflicting plugin. Then, send a support request with screenshots to the plugin author(s). If then plugins are not causing this, then try enabling and WordPress Twenty* theme and checking the home page of the back-end.
