What I need to pay attention to while building a website wordpress ?

Hi Guys, I'll keep it short.

I'll give you a brief example of my situation so you can understand my question.

I tried to access to my website normally but the CSS didn't load, I cleared cache, regenerate CSS from elementor > tools.. and nothing helped. after a lot of time I've gone to the database error and I saw that I overpassed the database allocation that's why the server couldn't load the CSS.

My question is what are the things that I should pay attention or clean daily to maintain my website working all time fine.
