I’m creating a website for a friend. In the past, I’ve only created basic WP sites, with no sales. This is a religious site, and she has a PDF study guide that she’s “selling” with a “suggested donation” of $30.
Since no shipping is required, and she only has one product, there’s no real need for a shopping cart. What I’d like, if possible, is either a popup or a page that allows the person to fill in the billing info, email address, and their price, submit, and my friend gets paid and the customer downloads the book.
(Pay via PayPal or credit card)
What is the best way to set this up? WooCommerce or something else? Best plugin?
Also, is there any thing that I’m missing that I need to be aware of?
