Currently, I have a range. I am trying to receive a password reset but the IP keeps changing and I need to add the IP ranges to a anti-spoofing policy through my email filtering system.
I have several so far, but this keeps changing. I am concerned that this will keep changing.

I would connect the site to something more reliable like SendGrid, mailgun, etc or a simple SMTP to your own email account that uses the same domain.
Contact your host. This doesn’t have anything to do with WordPress, it’s a server question.
