I have been doing great with bakery because of their use of shortcodes when switching to code instead of building using blocks, this gives me the chance to explain chatgpt how to do the site that I want with the content already there and in top of that bakery is great for doing themes. Maybe there is another builders with this features?

We have been using WPBakery and Elementor as our clients accepted those two as the simplest ones for them for basic website updates (text and images).
I tried Divi, which I didn’t like due to it slowing down that one site after the client switched to it, and although we tried to speed it up, we couldn’t make it.
The Gutenberg/blocks approach seems very interesting, especially in combination with multipurpose themes/additional blocks such as OceanWP (or Astra, Neve, etc.).
