In the beginning of 2022 I built a WordPress website. I started with setting all options etc. Afterwards I made several pages. Then I clicked a wrong button which set all my options to the default. These are for example the logo, footer texts, social links, text colours etc.
After my accidental return to default I was done with it and didn’t look for more than a year to it. Now I want to restart the website. I’ve found an old back-up which does have all settings within the Theme, and I’ve got the latest version with my own content, but with the old settings.
I don’t know if it’s possible, but is there a folder/file which I can copy from the old backup to the last version such that the settings will be the old ones?

It depends on the theme. Either they use the WordPress customizer or they create their own theme-specific menu/options. I’d start by going to the theme authors website. Usually there will a some sort of documentation. If it was from a marketplace like theme Forrest, you should be able to contact the theme dev there as well.
