Where to export data from forms submitted ?

Hi,
I try to download messages from the Inbox in which forms have been submitted.
Please look at my print-screen.

Still, the ‘Tout Exporter’ button remains greyd and not clickable. Though I have checked the box in front of the message.

WWhy cannot I export the message in .CSV format ?
