My site loads very strangely sometimes on mobile and tablet. When it does load, the landing page, about us page, and the services page all load with a white side margin on the right. The side margin that it loads with goes away after i scroll to the bottom of the landing page, and then everything snaps into place to become normal. This is painful to debug because when I look at it in mobile view in WordPress it looks completely normal. This only happens on tablets and mobile. Looks normal on the desktop.
please help if you have advice
TLDR: How do I get it to load without the side margin on these pages? Why does it load very strangely sometimes (look at pic 1). When the page loads like it does in pic 2, why does it snap into place when I scroll to the footer? I also have a lot of horizontal scroll when I load

Definately going to be a css issue, maybe caching, incorrect media queries or stylesheet not loading for some reason
