I copied a GoDaddy site over to my Cloudways hosting because the client didn’t have staging on his GoDaddy plan.
He had Stripe set up on the site, and when I copied it over, Stripe was no longer set up on the new staging version. I’m very new to migrations and such, so I’m nervous about migrating the site back over when I’m finished with it. I’ve set up other payment gateways, a connection to UPS’ API, etc. Will all of these connections disappear and have to be redone?
Does that always happen or is there a plugin that can handle them? I don’t want to have to bother my client in another time zone for security codes again.
