I am not sure if this is the right thread to put this question. Please let me know if it is not, i will remove the question.
We are software development company. We are mostly developing web applications using javascript and dotnet as primary languages, so we have availaibility of developers who know these two langiages. However, we also get requirements from client for website development to showcase their products and services, faq, blogs, careeres etc. We are currently developing static websites for now using react. However we have to use our developer even to make slight modification on the website which would not have been necesaary had we used wordpress, since clients themselves coulld edit these simple things. The reason we are not using wprdpress is because of lack of php developers in our company, as some amount of customization in wordpress and themes do require kkoqledge of php. How can we make websites dynamic with our set of developers? What do you suggest, should we create basic cms and customize or do you have any wordpress alternatives that can fulfil our needs.

I would definitely recommend using WordPress for “smaller” projects. I, @ [https://robertruzek.dev]) do it all the time.
Personally I am using Bricks Builder in combination with custom fields so my clients can adjust their images, prices, copy etc.. With GSAP from Bricksforge for example, you can also implement beautiful animations.
Most of the tweaks you will need along the way can be done with JS.
I’m not sure about the extent of your customization needs, but it’s possible that you could accomplish most of them using page builders like Elementor, Visual Composer, or Beaver Builder. This way, you might not even require the assistance of developers.
If you require extensive knowledge and coding expertise, consider the option of hiring reliable and outsourced developers. You can find them here:
(I have had good experiences with FixRunner.com WP Agency, and they don’t charge you until the task is successfully finished)
If it’s not too complex, just use WordPress and train your developers to use gutenberg, it uses React, so they should pick it up real quick.
Pick up a starter theme and build a small framwork and a process for your developers. This way, it would be easier for you and the clients.
There’s WordPress core on Dot Net which might be up your alley…
