WordPress blocks alignment

Hello, any ideas how to make blocks show different on PC and mobile? Etc: pc -> text photo/ photo text/ text photo.

In mobile version the blocks changes and it shows -> text photo/ photo text/ photo text

I want to make it smooth and to show on mobile scroll -> text photo text photo text photo

I tried to change alignment in mobile, than it changes to pc version also.
